Federal judge: Justice Department “Kafkaesque” in Attkisson v. DOJ and FBI for government computer intrusions | Sharyl Attkisson

in my mind, this is the fight to watch and see what happens. so far most people are yelling and shouting on both sides that the other side sucks. but no one is using our own system to prove it, except sharyl.

the feds played a lot of games with her first run through the courts and she was told she didn't provide enough information in time to keep the case alive.

looks like she went back for round 2 and a new judge has said:

"Not only should we disapprove of the tactics the government used to run out the clock on Attkisson’s claims, but we should also reject the troubling “game plan” it provided for the government and private parties to prevent disclosure of—and, therefore, responsibility for—their potentially unconstitutional or illegal electronic surveillance activities.

Judge James Wynn, U.S. Court of Appeals"

if we're going to get to the bottom of illegal surveillance, this would be where we need to focus.

With the DOJ no longer run by leftist sociopaths, you might see them throw the nefarious government drones under the bus and face justice for their crimes.

    I'm skeptical, but it's possible.

It’s but one. Another excellent fertile piece of ground to till is Carter Page’s. He’s going to be awarded major dollars IMO.
