Step 1: Get some of those long Mexican serrano peppers like they have at Walmart. Step 2: Slice them up and mix them with some chopped up onion, garlic, salt, olive oil, sugar, lemon juice, and vinegar. Step3: Saute them in a skillet on high heat.
