    LOL!
He's tough on immigration then why can't he stop it? He lies constantly about the wall being built. It's not. There's only repairs going on the existing wall structures.
The economy was already booming before he took office. You fucking idiots were too busy buying guns and hating a black man in the White House to notice.
And Trump's trade war is failing too. Farmers and manufacturers are losing their asses.
THAT is why Sanford is running and if he's got The Family behind him, he'll win because he's a "friend" of The Family. And The Family is who picks presidents, not our votes.

There would be no debate, Trump is so far ahead of the others there would be no point to debate. I do think a debate would be good but not going to happen.

He says he is doing it because he is fiscally conservative and wants debt and spending back in the national debate. His record backs that up. What insight do you have to call that a lie and claim it is a personal vendetta against Trump?

His record makes me think that. He has been a very fiscally conservative candidate throughout his public career.

He just launched a campaign to run against Trump so of course he is going to contrast himself with Trump and make the case about why he is a better option. What’s the point in going after green deal and Medicare when he and trump both oppose the dems on those?! Do you understand a thing about campaigning?

I don't think any Republican running against Trump actually expects to win, but siphoning off just enough votes could be a game changer. Trump didn't win the swing states by a large margin in 2016, and he actually lost the popular vote to Clinton. It's a shitty tactic on their part, but it could cost Trump the election.

How does it siphon votes off during the national election? He is a primary candidate.

When those who voted for Sanford choose not to vote in the general.

I would think those that vote Sanford are not voting for Trump anyway.

Because he had it out for Trump before he even ran in 2016. And as always, Trump responded harshly to his comments. It also seems he has a thing for foreign women, and I'm assuming he doesn't like Trump's border stance either.

There is nothing professional about this. He's a washed up ex-governor and Congressman. If it were about getting back into politics, surly he would look for smaller offices to run for and try to restore any integrity he lost while in those positions. In short, the guy is a loser, and like McCain before him, it's a personal vendetta.
