A box of Orzo can go a long way making many half pound containers full of salad.
    Ingredients; Orzo, big
handful of washed and torn in half spinach leaves, feta cheese, fresh parsley, teaspoon of capers, chopped onions, chopped dried tomatoes, salt, and veg oil with also tablespoon of fresh not bitter good grade of virgin olive oil.

    Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add small portion of a box of the orzo pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente. Carefully Rinse the Orzo removing starches, maybe use ice cubes to help cool it down, use a screen mesh strainer to scoop just the pasta into the container.
When it's cooled down add the ingredients listed above. Served cold and refrigerated.

YOU CAN make many many containers out of box of Orzo, container of Feta cheese, bag of Spinach.
