    What I am trying to figure out is why Parnas and associates wanted Yovanovitch removed from office so badly?
    They were working on this for more than a year- and I don't think it was just to prep the ground for Trump's attempt to interfere in our election.
    I suspect that there was some kind of very shady deal that Yovanovitch was standing in the way of.

    AND???? whats the problem? supposedly she was badmouthing Trump and she worked for him. It's not her who sets foreign policy.

    Me either- how hard is it for Trump to be so stupid as to solicit a foreign government to dig up dirt on his political rival?

    First of all- she worked for the American people- Trump is not a king. Trump has the discression to fire any ambassador for any reason he wants- but they owe him no personal loyalty.

    Secondly there is absolutely no evidence that she ever 'badmouthed' Trump.

    But there is consistent testimony that she was actively fighting corruption in the Ukraine.

    Which makes me wonder if she was standing in the way of some particular corruption that Trump's buddies wanted to ensure.
